Small Friends on Nantucket is an early education and care facility serving children aged three months through five years.
At Small Friends we strive to cultivate and nourish the innate curiosity and love of learning in each child. We strive to promote positive self esteem and effective social interactions that include respect for other individuals in our classroom communities and the larger world.
We desire to foster in each child effective language and literacy development, as well as creative thinking and problem solving abilities. We strive to encourage all children to develop empathy and to value diversity as they become engaged participants in our caring early educational community.
