April 2010 Spring Down the House

The fourth annual Small Friends on Nantucket Spring Down the House was one of the premier events of Daffodil Weekend. With three dozen business sponsors and over two hundred individuals in attendance the evening of fabulous food and non-stop dancing highlighted a glorious Nantucket day.

Simply with Style Catering provided a culinary tour through the island’s of the world with various buffet stations of delicious and creative cuisine. Slowly the dance floor filled up and in time everyone was dancing to the music of the last three decades.

Special thanks to those business partners listed on this page. Without their generous support our fundraising event would not be possible. We urge everyone in our community to support these merchants now and in the future. And of course we are so grateful to all those who turned out for this special event. Small Friends plays a vital role in providing critical child care for 60 working families on Nantucket. With the support of our sponsors and patrons we will continue to provide our services and our doors will remain open.
